We are strengthening our Cyber Security team and are looking for passionate professionals interested in innovation and financial services. The ideal candidate will support the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Information Security Officer in delivering innovative solutions within a dynamic and creative environment. Your role : Your duties and responsibilities Understand current threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols. Maintain familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001). Balance security measures with user experience. Understand network architecture, encryption methods, and security software. Communicate with developers and security engineers, translating threat intelligence into product features. Explain security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support the company’s Financial Services clients by advising and delivering top-tier security solutions. Deliver high-quality presentations and plans promptly. Create or utilize metrics to evaluate the efficiency of the product direction. Develop consumer intelligence through external and internal data sources to enhance market and competitor understanding. Adopt or develop research tools and methods to support product marketing and management intelligence. Other duties may be assigned as your role expands. Your skills, experience, and qualifications required Master of Science degree with honors, preferably in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science. Passion for innovation and financial services. Preferred 5-7 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT business. Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Italian and English. Outstanding communication, negotiation skills, teamwork, and strong customer orientation.
