Position Statement : The (Sr.) Procurement Executive Food & Beverage for Italy will play a pivotal role in maintaining Hilton's competitive edge in this category. The Procurement Executive will proactively design, develop, and execute category strategies, negotiation plans, sourcing events, and distribution arrangements. Building positive relationships with suppliers and fostering strategic partnerships to drive growth in HSM spend and revenue will be key responsibilities. To succeed in this role, the (Sr.) Procurement Executive Food & Beverage will : Lead and oversee the Purchasing and Supply Management functions for the designated category within the specified area. Ensure procurement of quality products and services at the lowest total cost, aligned with Hilton standards, operational needs, and best practices. Manage and supervise assigned team members to ensure efficient operations. Collaborate with and represent the Purchasing function to key stakeholders such as Finance & Operations. Support corporate or regional purchasing teams and hotel-based purchasing resources across the region. Implement and maximize the use of procurement tools such as BirchStreet and Coupa Smart Spend, providing system support and training as needed. What does success look like for this role : The Procurement Executive Food & Beverage should possess the following skills and abilities, demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation : Extensive procurement and supply chain management experience, ideally in a multi-site or corporate hospitality environment. Fluent in English and Italian (reading, writing, speaking). In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage category within hospitality. Strong mathematical, administrative, and analytical skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a hands-on capacity. Ability to visually evaluate specifications. What is it like working for Hilton?
