Position : Senior Frontend Developer (On-site) Location : Lancaster, PA Job Id : 362 Number of Openings : 1 Senior Frontend Developer (On-site) We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This role involves both hands-on development and technical leadership for our frontend projects. You will focus on developing and enhancing our Angular-based ERP system, working directly with end-users and leadership to understand business needs and translate them into effective frontend solutions. You will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing and collaborate closely with him to set project priorities and direction. Responsibilities : Lead Frontend Development : Architect, design, and implement high-quality, scalable frontend solutions for our ERP system, which is transitioning to Angular. Hands-On Coding : Develop complex components, optimize performance, and improve UI / UX. User Interaction : Engage directly with end-users to understand their needs and workflows, ensuring a user-friendly frontend experience. Collaborate with Leadership : Work with the VP of Sales & Marketing to align frontend development with strategic business goals. Set Standards and Best Practices : Establish and enforce frontend development standards, code quality, and design consistency. Mentor junior and mid-level developers. Continuous Improvement : Suggest architectural and UX enhancements, staying updated with Angular and frontend trends. Required Skills and Experience : 5 years of frontend development experience, with proven leadership and mentoring roles. Strong proficiency in Angular (v10), including performance optimization techniques. Experience in modular architecture design and implementation. UI / UX expertise in creating intuitive, responsive interfaces aligned with user needs. Experience with minimal dependencies in projects. Ability to collaborate with backend and database teams, especially SQL Server. Self-management skills to independently handle tasks and deliver high-quality results. Preferred Skills : Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC or similar backend frameworks. Understanding of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines.
