Job Opportunity : Technical Support Engineer – Mexico Company : Livoltek (A Member of Hexing Group) Position Type : Full-Time Livoltek, a leading provider of solar energy solutions and a member of the Hexing Group, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Italian office. This role focuses on after-sales technical support for our range of inverters and battery storage solutions . We are looking for a professional with a solid background in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar inverters and batteries. Key Responsibilities : Provide technical support to customers and partners for inverters and battery systems. Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to installations. Offer remote and on-site support to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Conduct training sessions for installers and partners on product usage and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and customer experience. Maintain proper documentation of technical support cases and resolutions. Requirements : Hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of inverters and batteries. Experience in working with installation companies is highly desirable. Strong understanding of electrical and solar PV systems . Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals . Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach. Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support customers effectively. Relevant technical qualification in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
