Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for the SMB segment to develop a stable ecosystem in a set of 4 markets within EMEA. You will be responsible for business management with the Lenovo 4P local organizations and developing stable links and proactive collaboration with the respective channel teams. Interfacing with Product Operations, Product Management, and the Marketing team, you will discuss quarterly sales plans and support the successful SMB market execution strategy in the assigned territory. This makes you a crucial and visible team member across the organization! Position Description: Participate in regular BMS meetings/calls for commercial products in 3-4 of the EMEA Lenovo Markets Manage alliances and PCG funding to ensure proper SMB campaign support Plan SMB business collaboratively with country 4P teams (product/business management) Drive SMB campaign execution, implement corrective actions, and ensure business predictability and accuracy Coordinate with EMEA product management, demand planning, and finance to align planning and execution Develop growth strategies and gain agreement with territories and market leadership Support countries in creating sustainable quarterly business plans aligned with company targets, considering channel/product mix and seasonal campaigns Optimize go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and mix to increase market share and profitability Ensure plan execution in collaboration with local management Work with demand planning and regional product managers to meet market share objectives, drive sales, and manage channel inventory Manage product transitions with regional teams to optimize time-to-market, reduce obsolescence costs, and minimize P&L impact Evaluate additional business opportunities and special deals, providing support within quarterly budgets Collaborate with Mid-Market teams for comprehensive SMB planning Review operations, consolidate plans, and propose business actions with regional and country 4P managers Organization You will report to the SMB Business Manager EMEA Director and collaborate closely with 4P Market Leaders, Channel Organization, Market General Managers, GSC, and Finance.
