Sales Engineer

Responsibilities: Operate in the role of Sales Engineer in line with company strategies, managing sales and business development activities; Strengthen and consolidate the commercial network in the assigned area; Provide support in the development of special projects at a national level, in collaboration with various company departments; Work closely with the Italian commercial team and occasionally with colleagues at the headquarters in Germany; Be responsible for preparing commercial offers for clients and compiling reports and monitoring activities through the company's CRM system. Qualifications: Residence in one of the following areas: MARCHE/ROMAGNA (FC, RA, RN); In possession of a valid driving license (B category); Previous experience in the sale of technical products (3–4 years); Educational background: preferably a technical diploma or degree (e.g. engineering, mechanics, chemistry, materials science, etc.); Knowledge of the English language (preferably at B1 level); Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally abroad; Strong motivation, sales-oriented mindset, team spirit, and a long-term vision; Communication skills for managing customer relationships, passion and curiosity for the required technical skills, and strong negotiation ability.
