Job Description Summary : We are seeking a Procurement Specialist for our Purchasing & Procurement Department, where we manage procurement activities comprehensively. Responsibilities : Support the Purchasing Manager in all procurement activities, including sourcing goods and services, transportation, shipment import/export, and customs clearance, following corporate policies and procedures. Assist in bidding processes and negotiations with suppliers, purchasing materials based on technical specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and terms. Maintain relationships with external suppliers and internal teams. Handle administrative tasks related to purchase orders, such as filing, monitoring material expiration dates, etc. Main Requirements : Dynamic, solution-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn. Creativity and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, proactivity, and concreteness. Excellent communication and social skills for stakeholder interaction. Integrity and confidentiality in daily operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good written and spoken English skills. Minimum qualification: High school diploma, preferably as an Electrotechnical Technician. Experience: 1-2 years in a related role. Additional Details : Full-time position.
