Senior ITOT Integration Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT and industrial automation, with proven experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Main responsibilities Guide stakeholders in the strategic use of technology within the company's production environment. Contribute to the innovation of IT architecture by leveraging IT expertise and adopting a long-term sustainable vision. Design and manage the integration of IT and OT systems, ensuring cybersecurity at all levels, and define transition strategies when necessary. Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, usability, and maintenance of production systems through data analysis. Manage and resolve level 2 and 3 incidents in customer's architectures, IT/OT systems, and business applications. Provide technical support for IT/OT systems, focusing on the IT component within industrial production architectures. Oversee and coordinate technicians from different disciplines during project implementations. Offer guidance on industrial automation, IT architectures, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with external suppliers. Handle issues related to data quality and resource configuration/access, especially in regulated environments. Participate in managing change requests in the client's IT/OT infrastructure. Operate safely and in accordance with client-specific IT/OT and quality guidelines. Lead and promote collaboration among cross-functional teams. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess knowledge of databases, big data, and data processing. Have solid understanding of wire technologies and protocols like TCP/IP, routing, DNS. Be familiar with industrial protocols such as EtherNet/IP, CIP, ModBus, Profinet, BACnet, Zigbee. Understand electronic schematics, both mechanical and processing. Know common SCADA, MES, and DCS solutions, with basic programming skills. Have a basic grasp of software planning principles and automation processes. Be knowledgeable about operating systems and virtualization solutions. Understand directory systems and authentication management. Be aware of industry-specific regulatory constraints, especially in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector. Adapt to dynamic, multidisciplinary, and international environments. Proficiency in English (B2 level) is required. Value teamwork and can work independently.
