Join us in redefining what’s possible. Your role We are seeking an HSE Specialist to redesign our Integrated Management System. Prepare two separate document management systems for HSE and Quality, starting from the current integrated system. Develop an online platform (SharePoint) for archiving, publishing, and sharing HSE-related documents. Main Responsibilities Review existing documents (manuals, procedures, operative instructions). Ensure document consistency with actual practices. Align documents with EL group standards where necessary. Design and manage a SharePoint site dedicated to HSE topics. Create and organize sites, pages, and content. Utilize web parts, document libraries, and permission settings. Main Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent. Excellent written Italian communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy; experience in technical documentation is a plus. Interest in management system standards, especially ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with environmental and workplace safety regulations is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools. Fluency in English. Willingness to learn and independently resolve problems. Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. Team-oriented with cross-departmental collaboration skills.
