VIP Relationship Manager

VIP Relationship Manager (Crypto) Location : France (Remote) We are looking for an enthusiastic RM to join our Client Service team and serve as the primary point of contact to enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success in France. Responsibilities : Perform client acquisition and manage relationships with a portfolio of global VIP clients; Build rapport and expand relationships with existing clients through frequent and sustained communication; Develop key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and monitor the status of key customers; Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare customer analysis reports; Coordinate with various departments to provide optimal service solutions and experiences. Qualifications : 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services within an international financial environment such as banking or investments; Experience managing a client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks; Experience with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous; Strong communication and written skills; Proficiency in French (spoken and written); Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while multitasking effectively.
