Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager with around 10 years of experience in Human Resources, primarily within the technology sector . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations in international environments and must be fluent in English . This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to implement and oversee HR policies that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. Manage talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent within the technology sector. Ensure compliance with Spanish and international labor laws and regulations. Foster a positive and collaborative company culture in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Implement and oversee employee engagement programs, training, and development initiatives. Support business leaders with workforce planning, succession planning, and HR best practices. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Monitor HR metrics and use data-driven insights to enhance decision-making. Key Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Lawyer, or a related field. Around 10 years of HR experience , with a strong background in the technology sector . Experience working in international environments with a multicultural workforce. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance across multiple regions. Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on experience with HR software and tools. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
