About The Role: A leading international architecture and design studio in Mallorca is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Director of Project Delivery to oversee the execution of high-end residential and hospitality developments in Mallorca and beyond. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, technical acumen, and a refined eye for quality and precision. The Director of Project Delivery will be responsible for ensuring all construction projects are executed to the highest standards – on time, on budget, and true to the original design intent. Working closely with internal design leads, external consultants, suppliers, and contractors, this individual will act as the key figure bridging design and delivery. This position requires a balance of office-based work and frequent site visits. A deep understanding of both the aesthetic and technical aspects of architecture is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects Ensure quality, cost, and timelines are monitored and met throughout all phases of construction Supervise project managers and construction teams, responsible for team structure and leadership Coordinate with key stakeholders including clients, suppliers, contractors, and legal representatives Monitor and control budgets, conduct feasibility checks, and lead project reporting Review and manage tender processes, supplier negotiations, and delivery contracts Ensure precise execution of design details, finishes, and high standards of craftsmanship Develop and enhance internal project delivery processes and tools Support the design team with lessons learned from project execution to inform future design development Expand and strengthen a network of national and international suppliers and subcontractors Collaborate closely with the Director of Design and architectural team on project-specific challenges Key Skills/Requirements: Qualified Architect and/or Engineer with a strong blend of design understanding and technical delivery Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, ideally within high-end residential or hospitality sectors Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams of 10 people Comfortable managing large-scale budgets (7–20M EUR) and delivering premium-level projects Solution-oriented, persistent, methodical, and highly detail-focused Strong communicator, excellent at stakeholder management, assertive but fair leadership style Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office; experience with Revit, BIM, and sustainability frameworks (e.g. BREEAM, Passive House) is a plus English & Spanish fluency required.
