Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist Your mission: Help us scale our teams by hiring top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What You’ll Do: Own full-cycle recruitment processes, including high-volume hiring across various business areas. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define effective hiring strategies. Actively source and engage top candidates using a variety of channels and creative approaches. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage — even during high-volume processes. Contribute to employer branding efforts to position Dojo as a top employer in the market. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve speed and quality of hire. Work closely with the People & Culture team on onboarding and talent development initiatives. What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in startups or fast-growing environments . Proven track record in volume hiring and closing diverse roles across multiple functions. Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders. Proactive, solutions-driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Experience using ATS tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Teamtailor, etc.).
