Job Location: Millbury, OH What we're looking for: We're looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This hands-on role is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, works well with others, and wants to grow in the skilled trades. No two days are the same- and your efforts will directly support the success and safety of each project. Work is outside and is completed in all weather conditions. Pre-employment drug test is required. Yearly and random testing after hired. Key Responsibilities: Be able to life heavy objects and prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up materials, and ensuring equipment is ready Use hand tools such as power tools, jackhammers, shovels, picks, sledge hammers and also small to mid size powered rail equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site by identifying hazards and following all safety procedures. What We're Looking For: Good physical strength and stamina Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Basic knowledge of tools and a willingness to learn Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt as work changes.
