Job Description Job Description Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator – Front End Loader / Wheel Loader Pay: $30-$35/hour per hour mileage reimbursement $100/day per diem About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with at least 1 year of experience operating a Front End Loader or Wheel Loader . This is a hands-on, on-site position with nationwide deployment starting in the Midwest , with excellent pay and benefits for the right candidate. You will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of equipment to support our project needs. Responsibilities: Operate a Front End Loader or Wheel Loader for material handling and site operations. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Follow all site safety protocols and operational guidelines. Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and maintain productivity. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Front End Loader or Wheel Loader. Ability to work daily on-site in nationwide. Strong safety record and awareness. Reliable transportation to and from job site. We work primarily in the timber industry as a timber mat fabricator and supplier. We produce mats that are anywhere from 6′′ to 24′′ thick, 4′ to 8′ wide and from 4′ to 40′ in length. We can also provide additional services such as mat placement and staging on the right of way or jobsite yards as well as Mat Grading services when the mats are done being used on a given job. We have several storage facilities across the U.S (54 different mat yards) with a wide variety of new and used mats. We know if given the opportunity we can show you that we can be a great source when needing mats for future projects or if you are needing to sell off used mats off a project once you are done with them.
