Position Overview We are hiring both part-time and full-time Life Insurance Agents for remote and local roles. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It takes effort, discipline, and consistency. But if you’re self-motivated with a strong sense of purpose, you’ll have a team behind you every step of the way. All new agents participate in a 1-week training program covering: Phone and appointment setting skills CRM usage Client interactions Underwriting & application processes Submission workflows As a broker, you'll represent over 40 top-rated insurance carriers, giving you the flexibility to meet every client's unique needs and budget.
