Assembly Technician

Job Description Job Description This position is responsible to ensure best practice in assembly/sort, meeting efficiency targets with set up/production rates, and adhering to quality standards. Responsibilities: · Monitor production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks. · Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work area and machinery. · Follow technical instructions. · Finish product such as weighing parts, applying label and palletizing. · Can troubleshoot equipment · Enters all work performed into database and documents all scrap. · Ability to multitask within functional area · Ability to learn to use select gauges · Continuous Improvement on Utilization/OEE/production Efficiency results · Maintain/Implement 6S standards · Other duties as assigned Shall adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices such as; utilizing personal protective equipment and proper attire in keeping with safety standards. Comply with all ISO/IATF 16949 and ISO-45001 procedures and work instructions.
