Human Resources Specialist (Mid) Mid-Level | $40,000 – $60,000 | Colorado Springs, CO | Secret Clearance (Must Obtain and Maintain) Are you passionate about people and ready to grow your HR career in a mission-driven organization supporting national security? ________________________________________ A Day in the Life – What You’ll Do Join our collaborative HR team and play a key role in supporting Caribou Thunder’s fast-growing workforce: • Coordinate the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between • Maintain and update sensitive personnel records and clearance data with precision and care • Support benefits administration, compliance, and internal HR documentation • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee HR questions and help shape an engaged workforce ________________________________________ Is This You?
