RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement data governance strategies across enterprise systems * Lead efforts in data integration, quality assurance, and metadata management * Define and enforce policies for data access, lineage, and lifecycle management * Collaborate with cybersecurity and cloud teams to ensure secure data sharing and storage * Support development of enterprise data architectures and services frameworks * Ensure compliance with federal data policies and security standards * Advise stakeholders on best practices for data cataloging, tagging, and interoperability REQUIREMENTS * TS/SCI clearance required, including additional security screenings * Level Requirements: * Full Performance: High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience * Senior Level: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years * Expert/Master Level: High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years * Experience in data governance, enterprise data management, or data security * Strong knowledge of data standards (e.g., DCAM, DAMA-DMBOK), architectures, and integration patterns * Familiarity with cloud-based data services (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake) * Excellent communication skills and experience advising leadership on data policy * Experience supporting national security, defense, or federal IT programs * Familiarity with data mesh, data fabric, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) models * Background in secure data sharing between cross-domain or multi-agency systems * Knowledge of federal data initiatives (e.g., Federal Data Strategy, CDO Council priorities) Join a mission-driven team advancing government communication capabilities and operational readiness.
