Manufacturing Test Engineer with Security Clearance

Manufacturing Test Engineer (MTE) Required Skills: Catia V5 Aviation Test Experience TeamCenter Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area. •Functional test experience (i.e. creating and maintaining System Check Out Procedures for vehicle systems, and providing technical test support or overseeing the development and maintenance of vehicle functional test software used to test systems) •Experience developing manufacturing test plans (i.e. identifying manufacturing test equipment requirements etc.) •Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) experience ( e.g. 3DX, Teamcenter, PDM, etc.) •Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years - required to apply Desired skills : Pre-power, power on vehicle experience. Automated circuit testing. Vehicle software loading experience. Experience with Inter-departmental communication, both written and verbal, are required as this position requires extensive interface with peers, customers, associate contractors, management, and touch labor across varied disciplines on a daily basis. General computer architecture and/or communications bus architecture knowledge . Previous experience with engineering releases and configuration change control . Flight Line Experience LabView experience. Experience with MS Office Good Communication Skills Software Programming Experience iBASEt Comments for Suppliers: Potential for overtime or weekend work
