Clinical Social Worker with Security Clearance

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support, case management, and advocacy services to individuals, families, and groups experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. This role involves developing treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring clients receive the necessary resources for their well-being. Key Responsibilities: * Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches. * Conduct psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop treatment plans. * Assist clients in navigating healthcare systems, social services, and community resources. * Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary. * Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. * Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. * Advocate for clients to ensure they receive appropriate support and services. * Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental health conditions, and available resources. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices.
