Entry Level React Software Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Description

Job Duties: You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing internal React component libraries to ensure consistency, reusability, and scalability across the our community's frontend applications. This role involves developing and supporting domain-specific React applications, implementing new features, and resolving technical issues while adhering to best practices and coding standards. You’ll collaborate directly with end users and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate feature requirements into technical specifications. You will be part of a small, but growing web team so good communication skills are important. React Software Engineer - Minimum Requirements We are looking for an engineer with a solid foundation in programming and front-end web applications, a high degree of drive and dedication, and the ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running. BS degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 0-3 years of experience using React 16 with TypeScript Experience working with both RESTful API’s and GraphQL Experience with recent versions of React, especially React Hooks and Context Experience with Jest and Cypress for unit and end-to-end testing Understands what an ETL pipeline is Understands databases and SQL TS/SCI active clearance required. U.S. Citizenship required Nice to have, but not required: Experience with OpenLayers Experience with geoserver Experience with Relay or Apollo Experience with NGINX Experience with Kubernetes Experience with monorepos using Nx
