The Opportunity: We are looking for a mid-level Litigation Attorney to join our winning team. Candidates must be licensed to practice in California and in good standing. This is a full-time position in Roseville, California, with the opportunity for partial hybrid work after an initial period. The role entails participating in all aspects of employment law litigation including discovery (written discovery, ESI, party and non-party depositions, expert discovery, and third party discovery) and trial preparation (strategic thinking and advocacy skills). As you demonstrate mastery of these skills you will become responsible for making significant strategic and tactical decisions regarding the cases your litigation team is assigned to handle. (An attorney who joins the firm with substantial prior experience will have the opportunity to take on these responsibilities sooner, with their demonstrated expertise.) You will work hand-in-hand with our highly-skilled support staff who will assist you with the administrative burden of case management so you can focus your efforts on lawyering. Skills & Experience Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school 3 years’ experience in employment law litigation Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment Superb attention to detail and the ability to ramp up quickly in new environments and with new teams Strong sense of ownership of your role Internet & tech savvy Strong personal work ethic and perseverance Licensed to practice law in California About Us: We believe every client deserves fierce advocacy and genuine compassion.
