We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team. As a member of the production team, you will perform various tasks related to product packaging, quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment. We don’t hide our short-comings, but instead we own our successes and failures and work to improve where needed Key Responsibilities · Follow processes to efficiently package components according to specifications. · Follow quality control standards to maintain product integrity and consistency. · Maintain a clean and organized work area · Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines · Operate machinery and equipment necessary for the packaging process. · Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries. · Comply with company policies and procedures at all times. · Be an advocate for safety. · Notify supervisors of any potential safety or compliance concerns promptly. · Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets, deadlines, maintenance, quality and safety requirements. · Have and show respect to colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Mutual respect is at the heart of a strong team. · Support and contribute by emulating the 5-A’s.
