POSITION SUMMARY Our Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors serve as a liaison with substance abuse and mental health service providers and persons with substance abuse problems. The employee is expected to exercise judgment and initiative in carrying out substance abuse, clinical program, and treatment goals in the area to which assigned.
