Business Development Executive – (Field-Based) Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and growing business? Join Complete , one of the UK's largest business supplies and services companies, as a Business Development Executive . You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base and nurturing long-term partnerships. What You'll Be Doing: New Business Development : Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, and social media. Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets, leveraging market insights and trends. Product Expertise : Become a trusted advisor by gaining deep knowledge of our products and services. Negotiation : Lead contract discussions and pricing agreements to meet client needs and company goals. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and use data to forecast and refine strategies. What We're Looking For: Essential: Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or business development. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a goal-oriented approach. Desirable: Experience in the business supplies/services industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
