Residential Surveyor

Our client is a leading independent firm delivering expert residential, commercial, and industrial surveying services. They are expanding nationwide, and are seeking an RICS Surveyor to carry out inspections, produce high-quality reports, and provide trusted advice. The role: Conduct residential (and optional commercial) property inspections in line with RICS standards. Prepare accurate, detailed reports, building surveys, condition reports, and valuations. Provide expert advice on repairs, maintenance, and building regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with legislation, codes of practice, and RICS regulations. What they’re looking for: Chartered Surveyor (AssocRICS or MRICS). Experience in residential or commercial surveys.
