Building Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Building Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a multi-tenanted site in the North West. The building is home to a diverse mix of occupiers, including retail, food & beverage, offices, and storage/industrial units. As a Grade II listed property, it offers both unique challenges and exciting opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, delivering excellent customer service. Oversee maintenance, PPMs, contractors, remedial works, and improvement projects. Develop and implement strategic plans for site improvements. Manage service charge budgets, expenditure, and supplier contracts. Work closely with the client based on-site and provide assistance across other North West assets as required. Drive occupier engagement activities to boost the site’s profile. Why Join?
