Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out Contract Location: Perth Duration: 3 months Start Date: Mid - Late September Sector: Retail Construction Employment Type: Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 3 month retail fit-out project in Perth . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and well-respected construction company with a strong pipeline of retail work across the Central Belt. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to programme Maintain high standards of health and safety, site cleanliness, and compliance Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular progress meetings Liaise with the project team, client representatives, and external stakeholders Keep accurate site records, reports, and H&S documentations Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail and fit-out projects SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred) Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage fast-track programmes and deliver under pressure Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Joinery background beneficial but not essential What We Offer: Competitive day or hourly rate Supportive head office team and clear reporting structure Opportunity to work with a leading name in retail construction Potential for future contracts upon successful delivery
