Were looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our luxury game farm team just outside Cape Town. This is a live-in position , so youll wake up every day surrounded by nature instead of traffic. About Us We run a group of luxury game farms where guests come for unforgettable wildlife experiences. Behind the scenes, it takes a skilled hand to keep everything running smoothly lodges, guest facilities, vehicles, equipment, and the reserve itself. Thats where you come in. What Youll Be Doing Fixing, maintaining, and keeping everything in top shape from plumbing and electrics to guest facilities. Running daily maintenance checks and responding quickly when something breaks. Leading a small, reliable maintenance team and making sure jobs get done properly. Managing contractors and suppliers when outside help is needed. Keeping on top of health and safety standards. Working closely with managers to make sure guests have a seamless, hassle-free stay. Were Looking For Someone Who Has strong, hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance . Knows how to lead a team but isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves. Can think on their feet and solve problems quickly. Is organised, reliable, and takes pride in doing things properly. Is happy to live on-site and enjoy the game farm lifestyle.
