What Youll Be Doing Running the show on shift making sure operations flow smoothly across departments. Handling guest check-ins, queries, and special requests with warmth and professionalism. Supporting and guiding staff during busy service times. Keeping an eye on standards from housekeeping to food & beverage. Jumping in where needed to keep service seamless. Reporting back to management on daily operations, guest feedback, and any issues. Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are always met. Were Looking For Someone Who Has hospitality or lodge management experience (supervisory or duty manager level). Is hands-on, approachable, and calm under pressure. Loves working with people both guests and staff. Has strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Can take charge when needed but also works well as part of a team.
