"Punta di Ferro" we are looking for a Supervisor Job Description The Supervisor, supporting the Store Management, collaborates with the sales team while maintaining the required standards. Responsibilities Perform store opening and closing activities: merchandise arrangement, team briefings, display of new items, etc. Motivate the sales team: communicate goals and monitor achievement; Participate in sales activities, handling customer complaints. Resource Management: Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly, report any issues in line with company policies. Develop and motivate staff, promoting career progression within the group. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store's overall presentation is maintained and improved in collaboration with the merchandising team; verify proper display of products according to guidelines. Logistics / Loss Prevention: Actively participate in loss prevention and control measures; manage daily cash register operations. Requirements Extensive experience in structured retail environments, preferably in dynamic and multinational contexts; Good knowledge of English; Leadership skills and ability to motivate the team; Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
