This role involves supporting our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, ensuring commercial, technical, and customer-facing support to maximize opportunities. The engineer will support regional drive centers and manage commercial activities to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and experience. This position bridges product management, engineering, and regional support to deliver application expertise and drive product adoption. Key Responsibilities include: Managing commercial product support Quotation and proposal management Supporting segments and regions Bid coordination Margin and profitability analysis Order management and fulfillment Forecasting and pipeline support Application engineering and technical support Commercial enablement and training Product lifecycle management and feedback integration Cross-functional collaboration Performance monitoring and continuous improvement Customer advocacy and relationship building Travel Requirements: Minimum 25% travel, possibly more, including overnight stays and out-of-hours meetings.
