Mechatronic Engineer - Semiconductor Testing (M/F/D)

Are you interested in varied work and have a passion for electronics? We develop and sell test benches for semiconductor lifetime tests (power cycling tests) and carry out tests as a service for leading manufacturers of semiconductor power electronics modules (core components, e.g. in electric drives for vehicles). To strengthen our team, we are looking for a mechatronics engineer to plan, supervise and analyze semiconductor lifetime tests in our power cycling laboratory, to contribute to the further development of the test benches and to support the production and maintenance of power cycling test benches. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Activities in the power cycling laboratory : coordination of requirements with internal and external customers, planning and realization of the test setup, evaluation and analysis of test results, investigation of anomalies, analysis of quality issues and quality assurance Development of the power cycling test benches : conceptual design of new (HW / SW) features, development of new components in collaboration with other internal development teams (electronic hardware incl. layout, mechanical design, etc.), validation Assistance in the production of test benches Assistance in the maintenance and calibration of test benches YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS University degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering or other technical disciplines with a focus on mechatronics Several years of experience in a technical position (development, testing) Extensive experience with electronic measuring devices Experience in the development of test systems A sense of responsibility and quality awareness Structured, clean and professional way of working Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (up to 5 weeks / year) OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
