Your journey ahead : When joining us, you will shape our EU sales strategy alongside the global sales strategy and bring them to life. You will be responsible for exponential growth with our key accounts/partners in Europe. You will work closely with the European team and our global sales team. Your Challenges : Grow: Identify new business opportunities for EcoFlow products and expand sales channels through business development initiatives. Analyze industry trends, identify prospects, and evaluate their industry position to define sales options. Build and maintain long-term partnerships by developing new solar sales channels in Italy and maintaining relationships with major solar/renewable energy distributors. Organize and participate in offline sales events, exhibitions, and business forums in Italy. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute sales and marketing activities to seize business opportunities. Develop strategies to increase EcoFlow's market share and achieve sales targets. Your profile includes : At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery) industry. Strong network and proven track record with key solar distributors/installers. Bachelor’s or master’s degree. Self-driven with strong leadership, pragmatic approach, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, high cultural sensitivity, and empathy. Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus. Are you one of us?
