Analyze cost data to identify key drivers and trends, formulating strategies aimed at cost reduction. Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and assess quotes for competitiveness. Lead value engineering workshops to foster innovative and cost-effective design alternatives. Mentor and train teams on cost modeling techniques, cultivating a culture of cost awareness within the organization. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field. Advanced English language skills are required. 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, focusing on cost and value engineering, with expertise in active and passive components. Proficient in deploying cost engineering strategies effectively and influencing cross-functional teams Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to structure and solve complex problems. Proficiency in project management methods Strong leadership skills to drive change and challenge the organization effectively.
