Nurses will provide direct patient care in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting, ensuring safety, support, and quality outcomes for patients. Responsibilities include: Conducting patient assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting progress. Administering medications and treatments per provider orders. Collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff. Supporting patients in crisis with compassion and sound clinical judgment. Maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. Requirements: Current RN license in NC (or compact). At least 1 year of recent behavioral health/psych nursing experience. Current BLS certification.
