Experienced No-Fault Litigation Attorney

Khurana Law Firm PC is searching for a full-time No-Fault Litigation Attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have significant research and writing experience handling medical provider No-Fault litigation, as well as some 1st and 3rd party litigation. Potential candidates must be professional, motivated and possess the ability to multi-task. Superior communication and client-management skills are required. A willingness to help market and grow an expanding practice is preferred, but not required. Job duties include (but are not limited to) legal writing, deposition and hearing coverage, discovery management and client management. Compensation is based on experience and work originated.
