Quant Research Manager - Healthcare £45,000-£52,000 | Remote (UK) Client-side feel | Big impact | Career progression A highly agile, boutique healthcare research agency is looking for a hands-on Research Manager to join their growing team. THE COMPANY This is a tight-knit, international team with a strong track record in delivering impactful healthcare research across pharma and biotech. Under new leadership and undergoing exciting changes, they're doubling down on innovation and smart growth. You'll be stepping in at a pivotal moment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Leading global quant-heavy studies (tracking, segmentation, demand, conjoint) Managing full-cycle research: design to delivery Supporting proposals and pitches with senior team members Getting stuck into cross-market projects in therapy areas like oncology and autoimmune Collaborating remotely, with quarterly team meetups and flexible working YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong background in quantitative healthcare research (agency-side ideal) Fluent in managing global and/or domestic pharma studies Confident in project ownership and client communication Some exposure to qual a plus (but not essential) Based in the UK or Germany THE BENEFITS Clear route to progression High exposure to senior decision-making Space to contribute ideas and shape processes Flexible, fully remote setup Work with a unique in-house physician panel INTERVIEW PROCESS Intro chat with leadership Task-based interview Final culture-fit conversation (if needed) Interested?
