Year 4 Class Teacher – Mainstream Primary School, St Neots Start Date: September 2025 Location: St Neots Hours: Full-time Pay: MPS/UPS – Teacher Pay Scale (dependent on experience) Reed Education are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in St Neots is seeking a passionate and experienced Year 4 Class Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time teaching role with full responsibility for planning, preparation, and assessment. About the Role: You will lead a Year 4 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire and challenge pupils. The role includes: Full classroom responsibility Planning and delivering lessons in line with the UK curriculum Monitoring and assessing pupil progress Managing behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone who: Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – ECTs are welcome to apply Has strong behaviour management skills Demonstrates a solid understanding of the UK primary curriculum Brings an engaging and dynamic teaching style Is committed to inclusive and high-quality education Requirements: DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one UK address and right to work Proven experience in a UK primary school setting Join a supportive school community where your skills and enthusiasm will be valued and nurtured.
