As we expand our Litigation Department, we’re looking for a skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor (2 years PQE) to join our team. Supporting the Head of Department, you’ll manage a varied caseload within civil litigation. This includes employment law, landlord & tenant disputes, contractual disagreements, commercial litigation and debt recovery. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, handling pre-litigation and court proceedings with confidence. Key Responsibilities: Running your own civil litigation caseload Advising clients on a range of contentious matters Drafting legal documents and correspondence Representing clients in court when required Managing files and meeting deadlines Getting involved in marketing and business development Benefits: Attractive company pension scheme. The Person We’re looking for someone who is: 2 years PQE with litigation experience Confident handling complex legal matters independently Accurate and detail-focused Skilled in written and verbal communication Comfortable with case management systems (training provided) A team player with excellent client care Interested in local networking and promoting the firm
