What you'll be doing: You'll be the gatekeeper ensuring smooth, safe deployments of our software products. Managing end-to-end release processes, you'll coordinate across development teams, plan release schedules, and make sure only tested, approved code makes it to production. Your days will involve release planning, risk assessment, and being the central communication hub for all deployment activities. You'll troubleshoot issues when they arise, manage change control processes, and continuously improve our release automation strategies. What We're Looking For: 3 years in release management or similar roles managing complex cross-team projects. You're comfortable with agile methodologies and have strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and SharePoint is essential. Bonus points for Power BI experience, Jenkins automation knowledge, or working within scaled agile frameworks. You're someone who thrives on bringing order to complex processes and gets energised by ensuring seamless, risk-free deployments.
