The Rewards: As the successful Assistant Financial Controller, you will receive the following: £60-70k (DOE) 10% annual performance related bonus 10% pension contributions Private medical insurance On-site parking Progression opportunities The Role: As the successful Assistant Financial Controller, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for the following duties: Monthly variance analysis reporting on manufacturing operations; 12-month forecasting process; Oversight for operational budget; Management of annual standard costing process; Support business analytics with Power BI & AI tools; Other duties as outlined in the full job description. The Person: The successful Assistant Financial Controller will meet the following criteria: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience; Strong analytical skills; Strong IT skills; Strong communication skills.
