Residential Conveyancer – Locum, Suffolk, 3 years’ experience, £35-£50 per hour. An experienced conveyancing locum is required to join a busy legal team, starting immediately and continuing until the end of December. Job Ref: 0801 OVERVIEW: •This role is ideal for an immediately available locum with experience, handling both freehold and leasehold transactions •This Suffolk based role will focus primarily on managing part exchange buy ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions •Applications are open to experienced locums with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role •Experience handling a full caseload independently •You will confidently handle all correspondence and documentation with minimal need for administrative support •The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to work independently
