Senior Insights Manager Up to £55,000 Bonus Hybrid - Birmingham (2x days p/w) We're looking for a Senior Insight Manager to join a growing Group Marketing team within a leading UK financial services organisation. This newly created role will focus on building a deeper understanding of customers and markets to support smarter, customer-first decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Insight, you'll design and deliver strategic insight projects (both quantitative and qualitative), translate data into meaningful narratives, and help shape segmentation, propositions and strategy across the business. With recent investment in brand, digital and content, this role reflects the company's growing commitment to insight-led marketing.
