Peace are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s most respected national house builders as a Customer Support Coordinator and play a vital role in shaping the homeowner journey. As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Support Coordinator to join the regional team and help ensure their customers receive the care and service they deserve. Your Role As a Customer Support Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for our homeowners once they move in, supporting them through the post-completion phase of their journey. You'll work closely with internal departments, contractors, and the Customer Support Manager to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and issues post-legal completion Log and track customer service calls, emails, and reported defects using our CRM system Coordinate appointments with subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely resolutions Keep customers informed throughout the process, providing clear and empathetic communication Support the Customer Support Manager with administrative duties and reporting Ensure all work is completed in line with NHBC standards and internal SLAs What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a customer service or coordinator role (ideally in construction, property, or housing) Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong IT skills – knowledge of CRM systems is a plus A team player with a proactive, solution-focused attitude Knowledge of the home building process is desirable but not essential Why Join?
