Multi Skilled Operative

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our clients team based in Tilbury . The role involves a variety of plant operations and site duties, including: ?? Key Responsibilities: ? Operating a loading shovel to feed material into the hopper ? Loading lorries safely and efficiently ? Operating various mobile plant machinery ? Carrying out general plant housekeeping and maintenance duties ? Adhering to health & safety and site operational procedures ?? Requirements: Previous experience in operating a loading shovel and mobile plant Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for plant machinery (desirable) Strong understanding of site safety protocols Able to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and time-management skills
