Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in CNC machining and tight tolerance manufacturing, who thrives on solving complex problems and driving continuous improvement across production processes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and testnew manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality. Support new machine integration, including commissioning, testing, and validation, design and deployment ofnew tooling and gaugesto support production and quality goals Develop and implementStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)for new and existing processes. Optimize existing production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Troubleshoot production issues, working cross-functionally to resolve root causes and prevent recurrence. Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with specifications. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures. Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience working with CNC machines , particularly in tight tolerance environments highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset . Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with machine integration, tooling, and gauge development Proficient in interpreting / creating engineering drawings using SolidWorks Excellent communication and teamwork skills a true team player .
