Duty Pharmacist Manager

Evolve is supporting a leading supermarket pharmacy chain with the recruitment for their pharmacies across the UK! They’re in search of a Duty Pharmacist Manager to join their branch in Trowbridge on a permanent basis, working a minimum of 36 hours per week over 5 days. The branch is open from 6am - 12am Monday - Saturday, and 10am-4pm on Sundays, so flexibility to work early and late shift patterns is essential. Salary is up to £52,000 depending on experience, and our client offers excellent benefits that help make it a great place to work, including 20% annual bonus, GPhC fees covered, store savings and more! Ideal Requirements for the Duty Pharmacist Manager GPhC registered Pharmacist. Pharmacy management experience is highly desirable. A team player, passionate about leading and empowering a team. Approachable and customer-focussed attitude. Role Responsibilities for the Duty Pharmacist Manager Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers. Play an active role in the charities support programme, giving advice to people in the community at risk of, or living with, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Assist with leading, training, and developing staff. Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so you’re always there to meet customers’ needs.
