Job Title: GRP Finisher Location: Plymouth Salary: £14.38 per hour Job Type: Full time (38 hours per week minimum - 4 day week - Mon-Thu) Permanent Start Date: Various dates through August and September Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive / Aerospace / Composites / Marine Job Description We are currently recruiting for experienced GRP Finishers / GRP Repairers to join a dynamic production team. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality cosmetic and structural repairs on GRP components Assess damage or defects and determine the most effective repair techniques Use hand and power tools for grinding, sanding, cutting, and polishing Work with a variety of resins, hardeners, and composite materials Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and project deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace Follow all health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery Skills & Experience Required Must be able to demonstrate current or recent experience in GRP repair or a similar role (e.g., car body finishing, composite panel repair) to a high standard.
